Description of our work:
After training at Northland
Baptist Bible College and serving for over 11years in two different
ministries, Rev. Shawn and Mrs. Tina Haynie are being sent out by
the Midway Baptist Church of Watervliet, MI through Baptist
Mid-Missions to the field of Santiago, Chile.
Our primary ministry will be church planting
with an emphasis on the use of godly, conservative music and drama alongside
of biblical exposition as primary outreach and worship tools. Santiago,
Chile is a rapidly growing city of over 5 million people and is one of the
newest fields that Baptist Mid-Missions has opened.
Our ministry verse is Psalm 73:28We are currently seeking for churches to minister
in and share our missions burden. Our pastor, Rev. Mark Cowell, says "I've
grown to appreciate their faithfulness to the Lord, the joy they display
in their work, and their commitment ot the call of God on their lives. .
. These qualities, along with the spiritual gifts God has given them, will
serve them well as they prepare to join the team of missionaries now ministering
in Chile. . .I would like to encourage you to have them in your church.
. .They will do a fine job of representing Christ and they will be a blessing
to your people."
